Why are we who we are

Why are we who we are?

There are many reasons why we are who we are, but let me start with an easy one first. We all have a free will to choose what to do; we aren’t robots. There are three reasons that stand behind this. (1) We all were created with the gift of freewill. (2) We aren’t all the same; everyone owns his/her own personality; no two are alike. (3) No one has the same finger print as another’s unless he is a completely weird alien, yet that is beside the point. God created us just the way we are, and we all have a purpose; even if you are blind or deaf or disabled; you have a great purpose in life; even if you don’t know it. We all are special in our own ways. This isn’t much, but I hope you like it.

Let's see here.

What should I say?

God has ordained everyone with very special and unique purposes, some not to be known until death.

Like organs in a body, we are each vital for this world's existence.

Each person shouldn't strive to make others like themselves, that is Individualism. But neither should we refuse to correct someone who is stumbling spiritually.

Do not choose which of the two are more evil. That is what the Devil wants you to do. By focusing one as the ultimate evil doing, the other is ignored; therefore, making the one you assumed to be "Worse" the one you commit less often which in turn makes you commit the other.

Now some people chose to defy God. They, of course, will receive their punishment later. But was their existence ordained by God? Was God in control of this person's actions?

Well to answer briefly, yes. If God is to have control of all then he controls ALL. Of course, God Knew this person's actions before he even made them: before he was even born for that matter.

But let us not focus on the fact that God wrote this man to Go to Hell. Let us instead focus on the fact that God gave man a chance; he didn't have to. He could have, if he wanted to, set us all aflame. But he didn't. This is why our God is so good. And since he is good, then so are we, for he alone made us in his image.

Remember, us as Christians must strive to be Sons and Daughters of God. Just like Christ was the Son of God, we should strive to be the same. That, I believe is our purpose.
